The Biggest Loser Plan food database has got calorie and nutritional info for thousands of basic and branded foods. Use the database to search for the food and drink you have and add them to your diary with the click of a button and it will keep count of your calories for you!
You can:
- Track calories and see how many you have used up in each meal and how many you have left for the day.
- See how much fat, protein and carbs there are in your food, and how many grams of fibre – helping you control the balance of your diet.
Forum
The Biggest Loser Club’s online community is a great source of support. Our fully trained Help Team are there for advice and you can tap into the support from the other members. Plus you can use the message boards to talk to contestants from the last Biggest Loser series.
On the forum:
Read and join in the conversation on different topic boards plus send and receive private messages and, if you want to, share your personal profile.
You can:
- Get support – whatever you’re going through, the chances are other members have been there.

Earn extra calories by doing a little extra activity and get to your goal quicker. The Biggest Loser Plan exercise database has got information on loads of popular activities and how many calories you can burn.
You can:
- Find out how many calories you can burn during ordinary everyday activities and full on workouts
- Add your earned exercise calories to your diary and see how many extra calories it gives you.
- Track your total calories for the day including those earned when you exercise to see how many you’ve used up and how many you have left.

Want to find a curry recipe with less than 400 calories, a low fat lunch or a pudding that won’t pile on the pounds?
The Biggest Loser Plan database has lots of recipes to choose from, from quick and simple to cordon bleu.
You can:
- Search for recipes by calories or favourite ingredients or browse through categories for inspiration.
- Use recipes specially devised by Biggest Loser Show Nutritionist, Ailsa Higgins.
- Add recipes to your diary, from the database or your own list.
- Share your inspirational recipes with other members and a sample their suggestions.
Goals and Results
Setting goals is a great way to keep on track when you’re on a weight loss journey – reaching ‘landmarks’ can help keep your motivation going.
You can
- Set your weight loss goal; see what you need to do to get there and the date you can expect to reach your goal.
- Speed up or slow down your rate of loss depending on what suits you at the time – fitting in with ‘real life.’
- Set your rate of loss to ‘maintenance calories’ for those times when you need to relax a bit but not put on weight. Great for Christmas and holidays.
