Angie's 12 Golden Rules For Fat Loss

  1. Be consistent! This could possibly be the most important rule. Without consistency you will NEVER reach your goals. It’s better to do shorter sessions on a daily basis than long sessions 2/3 times per week.
  2. Aim to do some form of exercise EVERYDAY. This will not only get results but, will build a strong routine and good habits. It’s all about your habits. Good habits will get you the results you want, bad ones won't so, change your habits if you want to change your life.
  3. Training everyday may sound a bit extreme but as long as you keep things varied, don't overtrain the same bodyparts, get plenty of sleep and good food you will feel better for it not worse. The human body was designed to move so, get moving!
