In 1969 I achieved my Queen's Guide qualification - I was the youngest Girl Guide in Nottinghamshire to achieve this so young.

Over her seven-decade reign, she has shown unwavering and inspirational dedication to the nation and I pay tribute to her years of service. I am sad that her magnificence has gone forever and can only hope the future king can make the same influences and sincerity that she had.

She was someone I highly admired and was a role model, not only for me, but for millions of people around the world. You were an inspiration to us all -you’ll be greatly missed but we hope you’re resting in peace with Philip now . Thank you for all the lives you have touched, for 70 years of morale guidance and your calming influence. She did her duty to the very end and her dedication is an example I - and I'm sure many others - will strive to emulate in our own lives. During her countless visits to Edinburgh, she reached out to our charities, veterans, serving personnel, hospitals and children and won a very special place in the hearts of Scottish people.

Rest in peace Your Majesty I have known you all my life and there will never be another Queen like you. Your Majesty, thank you for all your years of dedicated, selfless service to your people, life will never be the same without you. How lucky were we to have a Queen who gave a life of service and devotion, mixed with grace, wisdom, joy and laughter? Condolences to all the Royal Family on the passing of our Queen Elizabeth who dedicated 70 years serving her people.

Sending my condolences, to all the Royal Family, on such a sad time loosing their mother, grandmother and great grandmother, I have fond memories of having the absolute pleasure of meeting the Queen when I was still at school with my mum, who has also sadly passed. The Queen was a one of who treasured her country and most of all the people that she served, and her majesty went well beyond her duties just to show the world that that Britain was a proud country that she was proud to serve it we thank you. It's sad that it's came to an end but we truly appreciate everything you have done over the last 70 years. I have ‘known’ you all of my life, throughout this time you have been a constant of quiet intelligent dignity.

May we all learn from her example of faith and meekness, that strength which is mingled with humility. It broke my heart to see you at Philip's funeral, your selflessness and humility over all these years, mam, you have set a very high standard for those who follow. was an outstanding human being who displayed her integrity, compassion and love for her fellow man. Your Angels came for you today and lead you by the hand as you reunited with the love of your life You're prince of 73 years.For generations you are all we have ever known as the monarchy and now you are no longer here feels very strange indeed. A remarkable lady who gave up her whole life to serve her duties and put her role first above all else. Thank you for your lifetime of service and dedication to our country, what a legacy you have left behind.
